At Strength Side, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you reach your peak performance, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective wraps are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
