How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for gym equipment typically takes 5-10 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy on fitness apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer a warranty on strength training gear?
Yes, all Strength Side hardware, including barbells and racks, comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and structural failure.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Affirm.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location.
